Happy 2nd Birthday Rhylan!!

Being the great blogger and mom that I am, I am just know getting Rhylan's second birthday pictures on here (her birthday was July 8th). We had her party at our house. It was just a cookout with family. It started out really bad because it started raining about 45 minutes before the party was supposed to start. I thought to myself when it started to rain that it was just icing on the cake due to the fact that the day had started out so bad. I decided I was going to make Rhylan's cake. Everything was fine until I started making the icing and had put the wrong ingredients in and then it took me FOREVER to ice the cake. I will never make another b-day cake again :) It didn't matter that it looked ridiculous it still tasted good. I don't think Rhylan cared either she was so excited to have so many people to play with that it didn't even phase her that it rained and that the cake looked bad. Rhylan would like to thank everyone for her wonderful gifts and for making her second birthday so special.

Roane County Park

At the beginning of July we went to the park to feed the ducks, walk, ride bikes and play on the playground here are some pictures from the playground. I know I am really slow about getting the pictures off my camera and onto the computer. The duck pictures must be on another disc. I know there are only pictures of the girls but the boys did not want their picture taken.

Vacation 2008

For the past couple of years for vacation we have just been going to visit my dad in NC and then heading over to the beach for a day. So here are a few pictures from our day at Myrtle Beach.

Rhylan is OCD at an early age. She couldn't stand for the water to get near her toys so when they tide would come in she was packing up quickly.
